Recognize it.
It became painstakingly clear recently that more needed to be done to help frame discussions around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. DEI has been a topic of discussion for several decades and has quite frankly become just that, “a topic.” We recognized a need.
Reject it.
It was a need that wasn’t being met. Scholars, experts, professionals were all saying the same thing: “more must be done.” We heard you. DEI cannot be solved alone, in a corner office, on a weekend retreat. A few can’t solve this X for the many.
Re-tune it.
It has been done before. Changing times require new ideas, new business models, and new tech paradigms — and here we are, disrupting the pathway to change. But that was the easy part. Now, our hard work begins. “We’re stronger, faster, smarter, together.”
